What are your rates?
While we do have some packages available, we custom quote every customer to ensure we’re not overcharging for mileage, fuel, or time. Please fill out our request form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an accurate price!
Can we bring our own coolers, beer, or alcohol?
Yes! We are fully licensed and insured for BYOB! You can even bring a keg!
I left my phone or other personal item on the bus, how can I get it back?
If it can wait, please call or email the office on Monday and we’ll arrange a time to get it back to you.
If it’s an emergency, you can try sending in an email or messaging us on Facebook and if someone is available we’ll get it to you (an after-hours access fee may apply).
Note: Please DO NOT use “Find My Phone” features to access our storage facility. Nobody will be there and our neighbors don’t have keys either. Trespassers will be prosecuted!!
I heard some other companies don't have insurance! How do I know you're legit?
We are 100% in compliance with all USDOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements, including insurance. Our company’s legal name is TDF Enterprises, LLC (as you’ll see on your invoice and lease) and our USDOT number is 3157258. You can look up our records online anytime at https://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/
What's your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is laid out in the top of your lease agreement, but in general, once you complete a reservation with a down payment you can reschedule for free or cancel for a $200 penalty up to 2 weeks prior to your event.
Do your buses have air conditioning?
At this time, no. But we are looking to add buses with air conditioning in the future. Be sure to watch the Fleet section of this website for updates to our buses!
Can we smoke on the bus?
Smoking is always at the drivers discretion. Some allow it, some don’t. Ask your driver (sometimes a little extra gratuity can sway their decision!)
Will the driver take our photo?
Sure, just ask! Be sure to tag @thecitylimo in your social media posts!!
Can we just drive around?
Generally, no. We have a no-cruising policy for almost all events. Cruising wastes fuel and incurs extra wear and tear on the bus. Our drivers are trained to ask for your next destination and can “take the long way around” if your destinations are very short distances apart, but we won’t just drive in circles for hours at a time.
